	Bellydance For Birth is active birth at its most feminine - a safe and effective pre-natal exercise and process during labour. Bellydance For Birth is low impact, can ease lower back pain, decrease muscle tension and stiffness, attune a woman to her feminine source, encourage freedom, flexibility and joyful expression within her pregnant body. She will prepare for birth with awareness, beauty, autonomy and a strong belief in her bodies birthing wisdom.
