	This workshop is an introduction to Turkish Roma Dance. You will learn the 9/8 rhythm, how to move to it. The hip/belly movement involved, some step work and hand signals that spell out a story.

	The ladies of Global Gypsie Bellydance are hosting a casual 'ladies-only' gathering to celebrate International Women's Day. We'll have a couple of trader's tables, Mehendi & body art. 	Do you have an interest in Raqs Sharqi - Tradition & Contemporary Egyptian Dance? Are you inspired by the inner as well & the outer journey of dance & movement? Are you interested in enriching your dance vocabulary with the knowledge of anatomy and the use of imagery to create an integrated body? Would you like to go deeper into your emotions & feelings & dance your truth? That is just some of it . . . If these things interest you then we invite you to audition for the Daughter of Isis Dance Training Group. Training will commence on the 5th of April. Training will be on a 2 weeks on 1 week off basis on Sat afternoons from 1.30 to 4.30pm.
