We are an official chapter of the Red Hat Society, (which began in USA in 2000). Our chapter is located in Rockingham in Western Australia. Rockingham is well known for its beaches, dolphins, fairy penguins, seals, and all things aquatic. So, we'd like you to meet Roxanne - our official mermaid mascot!
