This is a special chapter as I was asked to set up a chapter for the three hostels that my mother in law is in, we are in the process of finding hats, and assessories for the ladies to have, as many of them are there and have no or little money. I am hoping to find a couple of other Red hatters who will come along and help them on they Red hat activities, (these ladies all have various levels of Dementia) So if anyone has a spare red hat they don't want, please let me know. We are planing our first outing for them the end of Jan.

We have just held our second gathering and our membership has more than doubled in the four weeks since our first gathering. We started with 12 ladies and at present we have 35. We are overwhelmed at the enthusiatic response and wonder to what extent it will grow. We have a list of fun and exciting events planned and look forward to future developments.
